Strategy & organizational effectiveness
Setting direction, making the hard trade-offs and building an organization that can execute.
I've spent more than 30 years in executive leadership in the IT industry, across private and public sector organizations, building, scaling and right-sizing global organizations. Today I use that experience to help other leaders lead well.
My career has been spent leading: advising executive leaders and government-appointed officials, building and scaling global organizations, and doing the hard, unglamorous work of strategy, operational effectiveness and talent development.
Over those years I saw the same pattern again and again. The organizations that thrived were rarely the ones with the best plan on paper. They were the ones whose leaders had clarity about where they were going and created the conditions for their people to do their best work.
That is what I help leaders build now. I work with executives, leadership teams and business owners navigating growth, change and complexity.
Setting direction, making the hard trade-offs and building an organization that can execute.
Growing leaders and teams that take ownership, and letting go so they can.
Leading people through reorganizations, transitions and growth, including culture and inclusion work.
My approach combines strategic perspective with empathy and practical accountability. I ask thoughtful questions, offer an honest outside view and make space for reflection, and then I hold you to the actions you commit to.
The goal isn't just better numbers, although those follow. It's a leader who has more impact, with less friction, and a team that grows because of it.
